As one of the pioneers of hot brass forging we offer our customers good quality products at competitive prices. We are also strong in our brass and steel parts machining. Our equipment includes Forging Presses with capacities ranging from 100 tons to 300 ton, Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines, Automatic cam lathe, hydraulic, pneumatic and manual bench lathes and drilling and tapping centers and multi-spindle drilling, tapping, milling and reaming machines.
We manufacture products for the home appliances industry, such as gas valve, brass caps for gas cooker to brand names that includes National, Singer, Zanussi, Europa, Rinnai, Eurouno, Milux and a few others. We also supply carbon dioxide automatic valves, screw down valves, landing valve cover, spindles and base, nozzles to the fire fighting industry.
We also produce air-conditioner fittings of all sizes, our latest product in this area is the expansion valve for car air conditioners and brass parts for the amplifier* fixture and fittings. We also produce parts for small and medium based industries on the home front. We also export our products overseas.
We have a subsidiary company doing metal stamping and fabrication, butt welding and spot welding and wire straightening and wire flattening. To produce this, we have acquired stamping presses from 10 tons to 220 tons and butt welding and spot welding machines.
